Vis-á-Vis

Vis-á-Vis, by Mamadou Yattassaye, follows a first-generation Malian son and his immigrant father when they become trapped in an elevator - leading to a confrontation of their West African identity in America.

The project was created in conjunction with Camp Film Fest, a film initiative by Creator Camp and Patreon that supports and showcases online-born filmmakers, culminating in a two-day festival in Austin.​
